The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order,

(References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer;
references to "GamingScripts.com" shall relate to GamingScripts.com Software Corporation,
and its affiliates.) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change
without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the
Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.
This Sale Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and
GamingScripts.com relating to the purchase or sale of goods or services on the Site.
In the event of any conflict between the terms and conditions stated on your order and
this Sale Agreement or any terms and conditions on our invoice, you agree that the
provisions of this Sale Agreement and our order shall control.
Most software is designed to take away your freedom to edit and change it.
By contrast, GamingScripts.com Software products are intended to provide
editing freedom to make it suit specific needs.
When we speak of freedom, we are referring to freedom to customize your personal
software only, not the freedom to distribute, resale, copy, dissemination,
or any other way of breaching the license terms for personal or commercial gain.
We protect our rights with two steps:
(1) Copyright the software
(2) Offer you this limited license which gives you legal permission to modify the software.

intellectual property rights. Any attempt by Customer to transfer any of the rights,
duties or obligations hereunder except as expressly provided for in this Agreement is void.
This license does not include any rights to maintenance or updates.
